Thomas H. Stanton is a former president of AFERM, former member of the federal Senior Executive Service, and Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA). In 2017 NAPA honored him with the George Graham Award for Exceptional Service. In 2018 AFERM honored him with the Enterprise Risk Management Hall of Fame award. He serves on the adjunct faculty of Johns Hopkins University and has co-edited two books on ERM in government.
