Stewart Brown, a Principal of Dunkirk Partners, a management consulting firm headquartered in Pennsylvania, worked previously for Booz Allen Hamilton and Toffler Associates. His clients include: DOD, DOE, ODNI, US Marshalls, House of Representatives, DOJ, IRS, Treasury, US Army, US Navy, FBI, NAVSEA, AMC, USCIS, DHA, the United Arab Emirates, and multiple commercial organizations. He is a retired US Army Colonel and held senior executive positions in the banking and commercial real estate industries. In addition, he has served on five boards of directors in the banking, hospitality, commercial real estate, and retirement community industries. Mr. Brown is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University in finance and strategic planning.
