Stacy Richkun is the Chief of the Risk Management Branch in the Department of Interior (DOI)’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Cybersecurity Division and oversees the areas of Enterprise Cyber Risk Management including ICT-Supply Chain and Continuous Monitoring, High Value Assets (HVAs) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). She has been at DOI since 2005. She first served as a contractor supporting FISMA Compliance for various Bureaus and Offices including the Office of the Secretary, then as a Federal employee in 2010 as Chief, Compliance Branch, and later as Acting Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Interior Business Center (IBC) in 2012-2013. Upon the reorganization of the IT/Cyber functions of the IBC into the OCIO, she took on additional responsibilities in the areas of Security Architecture, Policy and Security Awareness Training.
