Rosalyn G. Millman leads the Federal Railroad Administration’s strategic planning, enterprise risk management, organizational performance, and evaluation lines of effort. She provides sustained attention to FRA’s current and future effectiveness based on its strategic and operating environment and works with leaders and managers to translate goals and strategies into multiyear plans and annual resource requests. She previously worked with the Government Accountability Office, U.S. House of Representatives, and the Office of Inspector General in both the Departments of Homeland Security and Transportation.
