Marshall Toburen, CIA, CISA, CFSA (non-practicing) is Risk Management Strategist at RSA, a Dell Technologies Company. Marshall provides strategic input to the development and marketing of risk-related solutions for RSA and advises customers on risk management best practices. Prior to joining RSA, Marshall served as Director of Enterprise Risk Management for a publicly traded financial services company. In that capacity, Marshall was responsible for the company’s ERM activities, including its ERM practices and technology solutions, information security, insurance risk transfer, loss management, electronic fraud management, third party risk management, and Sarbanes-Oxley / internal controls management. Marshall has previously held positions in the financial services industry, including as Operational Risk Manager, Chief Audit Executive, IT Audit Director, and Assistant Controller.
