Linda currently serves as the Director of Operational Risk Management for the Office of Housing at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She advises the Housing’s senior leadership regarding Housing-FHA’s operational risk exposures, risk management practices, risk assessments, and risk mitigation strategies. She manages the development of both operational risk management and enterprise risk management processes and practices, providing change management leadership to strengthen processes and implementing operational risk remediation programs. Linda has worked in progressively responsible roles in the risk space at AmeriCorps, Public and Indian Housing (HUD), and the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.
