Ms. Roberts works in the Office of the Chief Management Officer as the Lead for ERM within the Department of the Navy. She has over 25 years of experience leading large-scale change management and business transformation efforts within federal government and the private sector, particularly for the defense, advanced science and technology, and healthcare sectors. She has been a member of AFERM for the last 7 years and is the Navy Vice President for the Washington Chapter of the American Society of Military Comptrollers. Ms. Roberts holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas, and a Master’s in Public Administration from American University. She is a Certified Defense Financial Manager with Acquisition Specialty (CDFM-A), Project Management Professional (PMP), and a graduate of George Mason University’s (GMU’s) Chief Risk Officer Program.
