Jackie Greening serves as the Technical Advisor on TIGTA/GAO audits to the IRS Chief Risk Officer. She currently supports the IRS Inflation Reduction Act Transformation and Implementation Office in managing audit activity. She also serves as a risk advisor, providing risk insights to the Director, ERM and CRO. Prior to becoming the Technical Advisor, she was instrumental in establishing an enterprise-wide Audit Management function in IRS in 2015. Jackie has been with the IRS since 1988, where she spent 10 years as an Internal Auditor with the IRS Inspection function. She’s also facilitated and supported the IRS implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
Jackie earned her B.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA.
