As VP of Customer Success, Imad leads a team of GRC professionals to drive optimal outcomes for clients in the delivery of Governance, Risk, and Compliance and ESG solutions. Imad leverages his more than 17 years of experience, 10 of which spent with KPMG Risk Advisory practice where he honed in his experience and expertise in the multiple GRC domains including SOX and other Compliance disciplines, IT attestation, business process review and re-engineering, system implementation reviews, and controls reporting for service organizations. Imad is a Fulbright Scholar, with an MBA, MMIS, CPA, CMA and holds the CISA and CRISC designations.
