Emma Haas currently serves as a fellow in the Office of the Director, Office of Strategy at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Emma presently supports the Chief Risk Office and Chief Strategy Officer in their execution of the Bureau’s Performance and ERM programs. Before coming to the CFPB, Emma spent time at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in the Office of the Secretary and General Counsel supporting the Secretary and General Counsel in advising and executing Board decisions. Emma has also spent time with the Orleans Public Defenders in New Orleans supporting their investigations unit. Emma graduated magna cum laude with two degrees in Public Health and Political Economy on the Law, Economy, and Policy track.
