Denise Leung is the Acting Chief Risk Officer at the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). She provides leadership across the agency to further its Enterprise Risk Management program and enhance its risk culture. She focuses on identifying and addressing risks, and maximizing opportunities from all perspectives.
Denise previously worked in risk management for the City of Seattle. She also worked on environmental and social issues for the Millennium Challenge Corporation and for the World Resources Institute. She holds a B.A. in International Studies from Middlebury College and a J.D. from Northeastern University.
