Cynthia Dudzinski is a Grants Management Specialist for the United States Coast Guard’s Boating Safety Division. She is a graduate from the University of Delaware and University of Pittsburgh and began her career in the Federal civilian service as a Presidential Management Fellow, Class of 2007. Cynthia previously worked on federal grant programs and policies at the U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of State, and the Corporation for National and Community Service, now known as AmeriCorps. She has been working at the Coast Guard since April 2017 and is responsible for both state and nonprofit RBS grants.
