Mr. Dove is the Director of Homeownership Operations for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) within the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) Office of Financial Stability (OFS). As the Director, Mr. Dove oversees the day-to-day operations for TARP’s foreclosure prevention programs among participating servicers, key state stakeholders, and trusted advisors, including monitoring borrower and program performance. In addition, Mr. Dove coordinates with OFS program staff, internal stakeholders, contractors, and senior officials on matters related to audit and oversight requests, financial and program reporting, and annual enterprise risk management initiatives. Mr. Dove holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington.
