With a federal career spanning 27 years, Dr. Robert Alan Young is the senior advisor for strategy, risk, and engagement in the Security & Hazardous Materials Safety organization at the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, DC. Bob’s applied doctorate (Ed.D.) in the Leadership & Professional Practice track focused on public sector organizational development and evidence-based management. He was recently appointed as a research adviser in qualitative studies at Trevecca Nazarene University’s School of Leadership & Interdisciplinary Studies.
