Ashley Morrison Zink is the Chief Risk Officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where she is responsible for implementing enterprise risk management throughout the commonwealth, and leveraging the synergies between risk, continuous improvement, performance management, and resource allocation.
Ashley graduated from York Country Day School in York, Pennsylvania and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York where she dual majored in philosophy and religious studies. She received her Master of Science in Emergency Management from Millersville University. She also holds the ARM-E and RIMS-CRMP-FED credentials. Ashley’s work experiences have given her a nuanced understanding of enterprise risk management and its various facets. Ashley’s past work experiences have included emergency management, environmental health & safety, compliance, and business continuity. Prior to coming to the commonwealth, Ashley served as the Director of Compliance & Enterprise Risk Management at Dickinson College.
Ashley lives near Harrisburg, PA with her 9-year-old daughter. They enjoy all things Disney, cooking together, playing board games, and visiting family and friends.
