The Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management (AFERM) is a professional organization dedicated to the advancement of federal Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from minors or children.
We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. We never sell personal information to anyone. When we do share personal information, the information is limited to

No addresses, emails or phone numbers are shared. Such information is only shared with sponsor partners or third parties who are directly facilitating or fulfilling the delivery of AFERM services.
Your personal data is stored by AFERM on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services AFERM engages, located in the United States. AFERM retains data for the duration of each member’s and sponsor’s business relationship with AFERM and for up to 60 months thereafter to allow members to recover accounts if they decide to renew, to analyze the data for AFERM’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with AFERM’s history as a membership association. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users’ and visitors’ needs.
