Anthony Fratta is a specialist leader in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Government and Public Services (GPS) practice with over 15 years of professional experience. His main areas of focus are in the domains of risk management and resilience with an emphasis on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). He has assisted many federal clients in developing, implementing and sustaining ERM programs, including those in the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Before joining Deloitte, Mr. Fratta worked as an Intelligence Research Specialist with the New York City Police Department’s Counterterrorism Bureau (NYPD CTB), where he focused on threat analysis, infrastructure protection, and stakeholder engagement. Mr. Fratta is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Risk Management Society (RIMS) Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) with a Federal micro-credential. He also holds a Master of Arts from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College.
