We have a new and improved event app for the 2017 AFERM Summit, which includes the full Summit Agenda with room locations, speaker bios, surveys and more.

3 Simple Ways to Get the App

#1 View this page on your phone

  1. When viewing this page on your phone, click on the button below that corresponds with your device
     
  2. Download the free Meeting Application app
  3. Open the app & search for “AFERM”
  4. Click on the AFERM Summit button & see “In App Instructions” below

#2 Use the QR Code

  1. Open your phone’s QR reader & scan this
  2. When Meeting Application has installed, open the app
  3. Select “Scan a QR Code”
  4. Scan this QR Code again & see “In App Instructions” below

#3 Direct Download from AppStore or GooglePlay

  1. Navigate to the AppStore or GooglePlay on your phone
  2. In the AppStore (iPhone) search for “Meeting Application Sp. z o.o.”
    In GooglePlay (Android) search for “Meeting Application”
  3. Download the Meeting Application app
  4. Open the app & search for “AFERM”
  5. Click on the AFERM Summit button & see “In App Instructions” below

IN APP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. When JOIN THE COMMUNITY screen appears click “Skip” & you can access most of the application’s functions.
  2. Prior to the event, you will receive a “Welcome Email” containing login information.
  3. When received, please log in and enjoy full access to the 2017 AFERM Summit Mobile Application.
  4. Additional instructions on use of the application will also be provided at the Summit.
