Lindsey Courage is a management analyst in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). She is responsible for developing and implementing the NCUA’s ERM framework. Ms. Courage is also responsible for developing, monitoring, and evaluating the NCUA’s strategic and annual performance planning programs. She is an experienced risk management professional in the financial regulatory sector. Ms. Courage is a previous recipient of the AFERM Professional of the Year award.
