Dr Karen Hardy is the former Director of Enterprise Risk Management at the US Dept. of Commerce, a $11 billion cabinet level agency, where she led the successful implementation of an ERM framework across 12 bureaus. She is a founding member and past Board VP of AFERM and is a 2023 inducted Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
