Jana Utter serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for Centene Corporation, a Fortune 25 multinational healthcare enterprise headquartered in St. Louis. She is responsible for ERM and managing Centene’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy and reporting. Jana is also responsible for the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment and Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure reporting processes.
She holds degrees in accounting and finance from Abilene Christian University, Abilene, Texas and is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at University of Missouri – Kansas City. Jana is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and holds the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation.
