Dr. Nancy Potok is a Senior Fellow at The George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership. She served as the Chief Statistician of the United States in the Executive Office of the President until January 2020. Prior to that, she served as Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Census Bureau, where she established the Enterprise Risk Management program. Dr. Potok is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration and the recipient of the AFERM ERM Manager of the Year award, the Arthur S. Flemming Award, and Gold and Silver medals from the US Secretary of Commerce.
