Adrian Evans-Burke is a management analyst in the Office of Strategic Planning and Performance Management at the Library of Congress. He is responsible for managing the Library‘s Integrated Risk Management and Internal Controls (iRIC) framework and ensuring that it is successfully incorporated into the Library’s planning and performance activities. Prior to joining the Library in October of 2019, Adrian spent seven years at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, working on strategic planning, performance management, risk management, and budget execution. Originally from San Diego, CA, he received a BA in Communications from Cal State San Marcos, and a Master of Public Policy from Duke University.
